Dear Ms. Virostek:
I This is in response to your letter dated May 16, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of three categories of records regarding the Babcock and Wilcox facilities in Apollo and Parks Township, Pennsylvania, in connection with Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 190.10 and 190.11.
The staff was unable to locate the requested records for either facility.
For your information, however, the staff noted that the cited standards published by the Environmental Protection Agenc NRC's regulations at 10 CFR 20.105(c)y at 40 CFR 190 and incorporated in the
, by definition in 40 CFR 190 have not been applicable to past or presently licensed operations at the Parks Township facility.
