Report of Levels of Property Insurance for the Trojan Nuclear Plant Attached is a listing of the present levels of property insurance and the sources of this insurance for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. This information is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(4) for 1987 and represents the maximum amount of insurance coverage available for nuclear generating plants.

American Nuclear Insurers Policy No. 5135 imount of Insurance:

Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters Policy No. TA 5135 Amount of Insurance:

$136,500,000 3.

Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited Policy No. X-86-029 Amount of Insurance:

$610,000,000 in excess of $500,000,000 underlying consisting of $550,000,000 plus 12 percent of portion of loss in excess of $500,000,000 up to $1,000,000,000.

American Nuclear Insurers Policy No. 8667 Amount of Insurance:

17.45 percent of portion of loss in excess of

$500,000,000 up to $1,000,000,000, maximum recovery $87,250,000.

Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters Policy No. KTA5141 Amount of Insurance:

6.55 percent of portion of loss in excess of

$500,000,000 up to $1,000,000,000, maximum recovery $32,750,000.

In combination, the above policies provide a total recovery limit of

$1,230,000,000 if the loss is $1,000,000,000 or more.
