Today, Private Fuel Storage ("PFS") is submitting a non-proprietary response and a proprietary response to the State of Utah's First Set of Discovery Requests. The proprietary response contains materials from Holtec Report HI-992134, for which an affidavit of Alan Soler, Executive Vice President of Holtec, was submitted on February 1I requesting that the information be maintained as confidential in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. Since the material in the proprietary response that we are filing today is taken directly from that report, we likewise request that the NRC treat this material as confidential under 10 CFR 2.790.
Accordingly, we have marked the document as proprietary.
