November 4, 1988 SAPL MOTION TO VACATE BOARD ORDER ON BASIS OF STIPULATED AGREEMENT TO EXTEND TIME FOR DISCOVERY RESPONSES ON JI CONTENTIONS The Seacoast Anti-Pollution League hereby moves the Licensing Board to vacate its order of November 2, 1988 which granted "SAPL's Motion for Extension of Time to Pile Response to Applicants' Interrogatories Concerning JI Contentions 6 and 27-63" of October 27, 1988.

SAPL has reached an agreement with Applicants' counsel to provide answers to the Applicants' Interrogatories filed on October 14, 1988 by December 5, 1988.

SAPL further has agreed by that same date to provide supplemental responses without waiving certain objections, to Applicants' interrogatories 41, 2, 3, 137, 138 and 139 file,d by Applicants on October 11, 1988.1 SAPL apprised Applicants' counsel that it has a
