seeks the Board's leave to file a second set of interrogatories a nd' request for the production of documents to the State of New Hampshire.

The time for discovery on Revision 2 of the New Ilampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan closed March 6, 1987.

This lef t time for the filing of only one set of inter-rogatories on Revision 2.

Af ter reviewing New Hampshire's ans-wers to those interrogatories, NECNP finds that further inter-rogatories are necessary in order to obtain clarification and explanation of statements made by New Hampshire in response to the first round of interrogatories.
