This'canfbe substantiated by meetings and telephone cc:1versations between Hittman and the NRC Transporta-tion Certification Branch. Furthermore, the application for certification of CFIPAK has been formally withdrawn ~(Westiiihhous'e' Hittman Nuclear Incorporated letter WHNI-E-860, dated March,18t.1986b _Therefore, Hittman will not honor any invoices for NRC review costs beyond June 22, 1985.
