VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANT SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION We have reviewed your letter of April 4,
1986, in reference to the inspection conducted at Surry Power Station on February 10-14, 1986, and reported in IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-280/86-03 and 50-281/86-03. Our response to the notice of violation is enclosed.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10CFR73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
