Task Order Procedures. of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 2 This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and Energy Research Inc.'s technical proposal and revised cost proposal dated December 28, 1998, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
