As to the validity of the enort license, we wish to have a two year period frcn the date of issuance.

With regard to sarpling, we request that one (1) pins tube samle be taken frco each parent cylinder. 'Ihis sanple shculd be delivued to us e/o %1edyne Isotcpes for irdependent analysis. We also request that the IMclear Audit and Wsting Ctrpany witness the weighing and sarpling.
