An application dated October 3,1988, requesting relief from Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Yessel Code regarding Boric Acid Transfer Pump Flow Measurement.

2.

An application dated October 13,1988, requesting temporary deviation from the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix R, Section III.G.2.

Fees required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your applications. Therefore, it is requested that you remit the application fees of $300 for your October 3 and 13 requests. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your applications in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
