jurisdiction during decommissioning and during on-site burial / disposal of radio-l active waste at NRC-licensed reactor and 10 CFR Part 70 fuel cycle facilities.

proposed rule change. We request that this amendment to 10 CFR Part 150.15 i
be expedited, with a target date of February 1, 1987 for issuance of the final I
rule.
