cost for performance of Option Year One, (2) to exercise Option Year One in l

accordance with Section I.3, (3) to adjust the total contract estimated cost and period of performance accordingly,- (4) to incorporate into the contract by reference the Contractor's technical proposal for Project Year 2 and (5) to allot $255,990 in funding to the contract. The contract is hereby modified as follows:

The estimated cost for full performance of Option Year One set forth in l

Section B.3 of the contract is hereby decreased by $10,600 from $266,590 to

$255,990.

In accordance with Section I.3 of the contract, Option Year One of the contract is hereby exercised by the Government.

As a result, the total

estimated cost of the contract is hereby increased by $255,990 from $384,258 to $640,248. In addition, funding in the amount of $255,990 is hereby alloted to thin contract which increases the total amount obligated on this contract to from $364,268 to $640,248.

Section B.3 of the contract is l

Ferformance on this contract shall commence on January 15, 1998.

The contract base performance period will expire on March 31, 2000.

4. The Contractor's technical proposal for Project Year 2 dated March 10, 1999 is hereby incorporated by reference into this contract at Section B.6.

5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
