The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by PFS of the Board's decision in LBP-99-3 to grant a late-filed intervention petition submitted by Southern Utah Wildemess Alliance (SUWA). The Memorandum and Order affirms the Licensing Board's ;
decision to grant the SUWA's petition to intervene. 1 (Subsequently, on April 15,1999, the Secretary signed the Ordsc) 4 11 SECY-99-092 - Duke Enerav Corooration - Commission Review of LBP-98-33 l The Commission approved a Memorandurn and Order responding to appeals filed by petitioners with regard to the Licensing Board's decision to terminate this proceeding in LBP-98-33. The Memorandum and Order affirms the Licensing Board's decision in LBP-98-33.
(Subsequently, on April 15,1999, the Secretary signed the Order.)
