1. How is the graph Fig. B 3.5.5-1, Seal injection Flow limits, which is a plot of Delta Pressure vs GPM, obtained? Please provide the justification for the three values shown that form this graph. Is there a centrifugal charging pump discharge header pressure value of 2480 psig required as in the original TS? If not, why?
