GOVERNMENTS' MOTION TO DISQUALIFY ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGES GLEASON AND KLINE FROM PRESIDING OVER LILCO'S REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE AT 25% POWER Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.704, Suffolk County, New York State and the Town of Southampton (the "Governments") hereby move to l

disqualify Administrative Judges James P. Gleason and Dr. Jerry R. Kline from presiding over proceedings relating to LILCO's Request for Immediate Authorization to Operate at at 25% Power.

In support of this motion, the Governments submit the Affidavit of Karla J. Letsche and refer the Licensing Board to the arguments and citations contained in Section II of the Governments' Response to LILCO's Request For Immediate l
