2. Supplemental response to interrogatory 6: TOWN provides the following information concerning school / day care facilities which TOWN maintains have not been adequately planned for. The Early Intervention Program of HNHS (Haverhill Newburyport Human Services), located at 491 Main Street in West Newbury, serves approximately 80 handicapped children between the ages of 0-3.

This includes morning classes four days a week. Each class is attended by approximately 15 children, some attending twice a week, some attending once a veck. There are also individual sessions between children and staff in the afternoon. There are approximately 15 staff members. TOWN recognizes its obligation to supplement its responses concerning school / day care facilities and, pursuant to agreement with applicants' counsel, will do so by letter to applicants' counsel when such additional information is obtained.

3. Supplemental response to interrogatory 5: As set forth  ;

l in a letter to applicants counsel, the Town of West Newbury intends to participate in the litigation of the following Joint l Intervenor contentions concerning the SPMC: JI 4,5,7,8,30,32,34, 45,55,60 and 63.
