Modification No.15 to Contract No. NRC-03-87-028 The subject contract expired on April 19,1992. Based on audit report no. 6381-95A10250027 dated September 28,1995, and the U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Technology Center letter effective September 10,1998, final cost and indirect cost rates have been determined.

Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) pre-signed / executed copies of ,

the subject modification which incorporates the final overhead rates. Please sign all three (3) A copies and return two (2) copies to the address below. You should retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files.
