Selected hRC inspector cbservations are discussed below:
a.
The following discrepancies related to Drawing M-12GG01(Q),
Fevision 0 were identified.
The name plates for Valves GGV701 and 702, 703 and 704, 705
and 706, 707 and 708, and for 709 and 710 were reversed.
Exhaust Dampers 6GD071 and GGD072 to Emergency Exhaust Fans
CGG02A(Q)andCGG02B(Q),respectively,donotappeartobe
balancing dampers, yet they were not verified open in
checklists either. The licensee was requested to identify
those dampers on the drawings listed in this paragraph that do
not function as balancing dampers to consider including them
,
in the checklists.
