Dear Mr. Bendt:
The subject task order expired on October 31,1998. Pending the completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements. The purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by $7,689.18 from $58,545.00 to $50,855.82.
