STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-99-071 - ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ALLEGATION PROGRAM FROM REVIEW OF SURVEY FORMS SENT TO ALLEGERS The Commission has approved the staff's recommendation to proceed with Option 1 - to enclose feedback forms in all allegation closure letters for a one-year trial period. At the conclusion of the trial period, the staff should make a recommendation to the Commission on the need to continue the program to contact all allegers or move to a periodic survey as described in Option 2. Following the end of the trial period ad during the Commission's deliberations, the staff should continue to provide feedback forms to allegers until the Commission determines whether to continue the use of these forms.
