The insj ection was an enemination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiativn safety end to compliance with the Nuclear Coguttory Commission! (NRC) rules and regulations and the condstiers of your hcense. The inspectioe consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, intervaews, with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
