It consists of 24 pagos, a two pago affidavit, and a longthy attachmont consisting of a legal opinion and legal analysis.
Joint Intervonors believe the inauca raised by the Opposition are oorious and important to this caso and, sinco TUEC had not previously fully developed its position or attempted to moot its burden to catablish the privilogo upon which it rollou (by affidavita and othorwiso), Joint Intervonora should be given un opportunity to reply.
The TUEC pleading in oununtially a "nurprino" plunding filed at a strategic timo when the opportunity for a reply was not guarantood.
The filing of a reply, whilo nocounnrily delaying rouclution of. thin inuuo, will projudico Joint intorvonoru, not TUEC, ninco TUEC airoady ponnouaos the pormit amondmont.
