Docket No. 50-133-OLA
Dear Administrative Judges:
The December 3,1986 prehearing conference order issued by the Licensing Board provides that discovery in the above-captioned proceeding commences on December 15, 1986 and closes thirty days after the issuance of the Staff's Safety Evaluation Report (SER) and Final Environmental Statement (FES). The Staff indicated at the October 21, 1986 prehearing conference that it planned to issue the SER and FES by the end of February 1987. By letter dated February 27, 1987, the Staff advised the Board that there would be a delay in the issuance of these documents and that they would not likely be issued until the end of March 1987.
This letter is to inform the Board that the completion of the SER and FES -
has been further delayed and the Staff now plans to issue these documents by April 30, 1987. The Staff does not anticipate that there will be any further delays and will endeavor to improve upon this date.
Sincerely, L
Mits
