't NRC STAFF RESPONSS TO INTERVENORS' MOTION REQUESTING ADJUSTMENT OF SCHEDULE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL " CLUSTER" OF TESTIMONY On March 20, 1987, Intervenors herein filed a motion requesting this Board to postpone the filing due date for the final " cluster" of prefiled written testimony (on Contentions EX.15, 16 and 21) from March 27 to April 14,1987.

As correctly stated in the motion, the Staff did not agree to such an extension and would not, at that ~ time, agree to a shorter request; however, in light of the postponement of at least this week's hearing schedule, the Staff would now hava no opposition to a one week delay in filing that final set of testimony.
