cation test records, and all other welding procedure qualification records (PQRs), with regard to welding by L. K. Coastock, whether or not attached to Welding Procedure 4.3.3, in effect for the period 8704020192 DR 870330 ADOCK 05000456 PDR 9'7/

2 beginning on November 9,1984, and ending ori December 31, 1985. The documents are to be accompanied by an affidavit of James. Louden, attesting to their authenticity, and should be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than April 10, 1987. If Applicant is unable
