Dear Mr. Speck:
We have received your letter of February 14, 1986, regarding the agreements reached among the participants in the Seabrook coordination meeting held on February 10, 1986. We are pleased that plans have been completed and agreed upon to permit the conduct of a Seabrook exercise on February 26, 1986, and I support the process outlined in Mr. Vickers' February 13, 1986 memorandum.
Based on information from our Region I office, we understand that the information comitted to be provided to FEMA by the utility was hand carried to FEMA Region I office on February 19, 1986. We also understand that the information committed to be provided by the State of New Hampshire was also delivered to FEMA on that date.
Thank you for keeping me informed regarding the status of emergency planning for Seabrook.
