Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2 Emergency Response Procedure Revisions
Dear Sir / Madam:
By letter dated February 22,1991,, PECO Energy submitted Revisions 26 and 27 to Emergency Response Procedure ERP 110, *Emertgency Notification,"for Limerick Generating Station (LGS),
Units 1 and 2. These procedure revision were required to be submitted within 30 days of their rev!sion in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix E. In addition, in accordance with requirements of 10CFR2.790(a)(6), we requested that Appendix ERP-110-1,
" Emergency Notification Phone List,"of ERP-110 (i.e., pages 7 through 12) be withheld from public disclosure since it contains names and tehphone numbers, and disclosure of this information would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of the individuals involved.
10CFR2.790(b)(1)(ii) stipulates that *...information sought to be withheld shall be incorporated, as far as possible, into a separate paper." Accordingly, PECO Energy is providing copies of Revisions 26 and 27 of ERP-110 with the sensitive information excluded and an insert sheet indicating that ce.tain information was intentionally omMied.
