Enclosed for your staff's review is an evaluation of the effects of a postulated onsite chlorine gas release on the habitability of the VEGP control room. This evaluation assumes the chlorine concentration at the Control Building HVAC intake using both .9 and .7 M/sec windspeed. As noted in the referenced submittal the .9 M/sec is representative of the worst fif th percentile wind velocity. Also, please note that an errata sheet has been included in this submittal package.
