The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of
$85,659.00 thereby increasing the obligated amount of the contract from $271,126.00 to $356,785.00.
. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
Under Paragraph B.4 - Consideration and Oblication-Deliverv Orders. the first sentence of Subparagraph (b) is hereby deleted and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $356,735.00."
