FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 198, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D.C. OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission met with the Office of the General Counsel to discuss the draft final " Sunshine Act Rule" (SECY-85-67A).
The Commission agreed to withhcld final action on SECY-85-67A until the Administrative Law Section of the American Bar Association has issued its findings on the rule and the Office of the General Counsel has briefed the Commission on the findings of the ABA.
Chairman Palladino requested that the Commissioners revise their vote sheets on SECY-85-67A, if necessary, as per the discussion and provide them to the Of fice of the Secretary.
