GE plans to present an evaluation to indicate that the slow control rod movement experienced at Vermont Yankee (VY) nuclear power plant on June 14, 1986 is not a 10 CFP 21 defect. GE plans to present a bounding analysis which demonstrates that sirw control rod movement in 08' of the core would not result in a significant safety hazard.
