On March 26,1999 Transnuclear, Inc. transmitted, to your offices, a request amending Docket Number 71-0250 adding Packaging Technology, Inc. to their existing license.
Effective March 31,1999 Packaging Technology, Inc. will conduct business under the Transnuclear, Inc. approved QA Program.
