50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - NUCLEAR PERFORMANCE PLAN, REVISION 2 Enclosed are the change pages for Revision 2 to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Performance Plan (BFNPP). This revision provides updates, corrections and clarifications to the action plans and Special Programs TVA described in the BFNPP. Changes in scope or approach to resolving certain issues are also identified. All revisions to the text are indicated by revision bars in the margin.
Each revision has been classified as to purpose, and a tabulation is provided as enclosure 1 to assist h1C in its review.
The updates and corrections provided in this revision should support the continued expeditious review by NRC of the programs required for the restart of Browns Ferry.
As you know, the IVA organization has been restructured as a result of the TVA Board decision (ref. TVA letter to NRC dated June 3, 1988).
The new BFN site organization has recently been finalized and is reflected in the enclosed revision 2.
