/l/Rt NOTE FOR THE CotNIssION The Chicano Daily News carries a story today based on the llITRE report, under tho headlinc " FEAR A-PLANT TF.EROR RAIDS h'0ULD PERIL MILLIONS -- U. S. Study."
The story is pogged to the theme that terrorists could sabotago a nucacar power plant.
In a "sidebar" story, the pnpcr states that the Energy Reorganization Act required that the report be pronptly transraitted to the Congress, but "the Coccission has suppressed the report since its completion core than two panths ago."
