As required under the terms of 10 CFR, Part 21, we wish to rcake you aware of information which has recently been given to us and which may affect the validity of the above-mentioned Qualification Test Report as it relates to your specific application for our products.
We have been informed by the Franklin Research Center that due to manufacturing tolerances associated with the dosimetry system, the Radiation Dose Rates and Radiation Total Dose value of 200 Mrads is subject to a tolerance of +
8%.
Our records indicate that this does not create any ccnflict with your ocmpany's specifications but we ask that you acknowledge receipt of this letter and insure that it is circulated to those perscos involved.
