MODIFICATION NO.1 TO INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT NO. NRC-02-98-198 ENTITLED " SURVEY TO DETERMINE THE MAGNITUDE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS OF LICENSED RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS"
Dear Ms. Borener:
I am conveying to you in this letter, Modification No.1 to provide incremental funding for
$45,000.00 and to assign John Cook as the Technical Project Manager for the Agreement.
Accordingly, the Agreement is modified as follows:
Article V, " Obligation of Funds," is modified to read as follows.
"The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is $80,000. The obligated amount may be increased as mutually agreed by written mod:fication to this Agreement. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to DOT /RSPA/Volpe hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, DOT /RSPA/Volpe shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until additional funds are obligateo with respect to this Agreement.
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance under this Agreement through August 20,1999."

l Article VI, " Points of Contact," is modified to add the following individual as the Technical Project Manager for this Agreement in lieu of Stacy Rosenberg.
