Request for an Operating License for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-445 and 50-446N Additional Information for Prehearing Conference Regarding Discovery Mattere As discussed today with you and Bob Gad, I'm attaching some additional information (similar to the kind of information provided in CASE's 10/26/85 (Main Docket) Response to Board's 10/15/85 Request Regarding Discovery Matters) for the scheduled November 12 prehearing conference regarding discovery matters. Nick Reynolds and Bob Gad should receive their copies by 10:30 A.M. (prior to the conference call in the morning at 9:45 Dallas time, although I don't imagine that we'll be getting into these matters in detail at that time), and you should receive your copy sometime tomorrow.
'I've marked these as Attachments 4 and 5 to our 10/26/85 pleading, for easier reference during the prehearing conference.
