The proposed changes will extensively revise parts of Section 6.0, " Administrative Controls," which .g affect the Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC). The proposed changes incorporate similar concepts of NRC-approved changes for San Onofre, Trojan, callaway, Catawba, and McGuire. The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
