ENVIRONMEMTAL ASSESSMENT AND NOTICE OF FINDING 0F NO SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FOR APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF CONTROL 0F LICENSES Enclosed is a copy of the subject notice which relates to the application dated May 7,1986 from General Atomic Technologies Corporation (GATC), for Commission approval of the transfer of control of GA Technologies, Inc. (GA) to GATC. It should be noted that this assessment and finding apply to the proposed approval of transfer of assets only and not to any subdivision of land currently subject to NRC license, which cannot be released for unrestricted use without Commission approval.
