' The purpose of this modification is to exercise the first ano second option years in accordance with Section 1.3, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, thereby extending the period of performance and increasing the total estimated amount (ceiling) for performance of the subject

contract from $142,569.00 by $299,883.00 to $442,452.00.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

1.

Under Section B. Supplies or Services and Price / Costs, Subsection B.3 - Consideration and Obliaation - Cost Reimbursement, paragraph (a) through (d) are hereby deleted in their entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"B.3 Consideration and Obliaation-Cost Reimbursement (a)

The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of the basic contract and Option Year 1 and Option Year 2 is $442,452.00.

(b)

The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is i

$222,569.00. These funds are anticipated to take the contractor through November 30,1999.

Under Section F - Deliveries or Performance, Paragraph, F.8 - Duration of Contract 1

Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:

"F.8 Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987). Alternate 2 (MAR 1987)

This contract shall commence on April 6,1998 and will expire on April 5,2001. There are no option years remaining under this contract."

The amount being obligated for this modification is $80,000.00, i
