VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION NORTH ANNA POWER STATION NUCLEAR PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE In accordance with reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(w)(4) on nuclear property insurance coverage, we hereby confirm Virginia Electric and Power Company has purchased the maximum limits of primary nuclear property insurance on an actual cash value basis offered by Nuclear Mutual Limited and excess nuclear property insurance offered by American Nuclear Insurers / Mutual Atomic Energy Reinsurance Pool and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited II.
These amounts total $1.23 billion.
We believe this certification complies with the NRC's reporting requirements.
