MODIFICATION NO. 8 TO TASK ORDER NO. 017 UNDER CONTRACT NRC-02-96-004
Dear Mr. Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performanco through September 30, 1999, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, due to delays in receiving responses from licensees. This action is being taken as a result of the contractor's e-mail request of March 24,1999, and the NRC Project Officer's RFPA request of March 29,1999, in which both parties agreed to this no-cost extension. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.17 shall be in effect from June 16,1997 through September 30,1999, with a cost ceiling of $67,922."

of the subject contract.
