SUBJECT:
FRESH FUEL STORAGE LICENSE CONDITIONS FOR CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT 1 Enclosed is a copy of the Part 70 license and amendments issued to the Illinois Power Company (IP) for the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1, with the supporting Safety Evaluation Reports (SERs). Please note that this license contains additional conditions which you may wish to incorporate in your Part 50 operating license.
It should also be noted that License Condition 25 (see Amendment No. 2, issued July 23, 1986) authorized the dry storage of fresh fuel assemblies in the Containment Fuel Storage Pool.
The above was discussed with Mr. Byron Siegel, Project Manager, Clinton Power Station, Unit 1.
