At BV-2,.the preventive maintenance progran will include the Group A _and

' Group B activities described in the Westinghouse Maintenance Manual for

- the' DS-416 Reactor' Trip Circuit Breaker, Rev. 0, dated October 1984.

These activities 'will be performed in accordance with the schedule dis-cussed 'in Section 3.5'of the above Westinghouse Maintenance Manual. In line;. with Sections 1.0. and 3.1 of the above Westinghouse Maintenance Mgnual, a caution will be ' added to appropriate maintenance precedures against undocumented adjustments or modifications to the reactor trip

breakers. The reactor trip breakers monitoring progran will trend, as a minimum, the following 'paraneters as data becomes available from mainte-

' nance, operations, and testing:

- 1. Breaker response time for undervoltage trip

2. Dropout voltage for undervoltage trip

~ 3. ' Breaker insulation resistance

4. Trip force
