STATUS AND UPDATE OF IE INSPECTION REPORT 85-10 C01211TMENT Inspection Report 50-155/85-10 deced August 1, 1985 identified one Unresolved Item, No 155/85010-03, resulting in three recommendations. The second recom-mendation involved giving the revision to the Quality Assurance Requirements Matrix (QARM) a high priority. Consumers Power Company submitted an updated response December 26, 1985 which indicated the reorganized administrative procedures would first be approved for use and then the QARM would be updated, all by August 1, 1986.
At the present time, approximately 100 of the 125 administrative procedures identified are approved and issued. We have completed all procedures defining organization, responsibility and authority. Those remaining address specific administrative tasks which pertain to only a small percentage of the total work activities and will be controlled on a case by case basis until the final revisions have been completed. We now estimate that the administrative procedure upgrade and QARM revision will bc completed during the third quarter of 1986.
