On 21549 at 1424 CST. the Plant Shift Supenntendent was notified that a secunty infraction had occurred. A cleared subcontractor who ws escort'ng two unc: eared subcontractor employees left the two uncleared employees unescorted inside the plant's centrolled access area. The emeicvec tnoug9t he had turneo the two uncleared employees over to another cleared escort. The other escort did not take charge of the uncleared emcionees ano t*.ey were unescorted for several minutes. They were not in an area where they had access to any classified information. Therefore no compromise cf c:assified information occurred.

On 3-17-99 at 1650 CST, the Plant Shift Superintendent was notified that a security infraction had occurred. An uncleared construction em was discovered asleep outside the C-331 process building following a lunch break. The uncleared individual was left unescorted for approxim (In minutes. Upon discovery of the uncleared individual an escort was immediately provided. The construction employee was not in an area where -
thIy had access to any classified information. Therefore no compromise of classified information occurred.
This event is reportable as 'any infractions, losses, compromises, or possible compromise of classified information or classified document: no wrthin 10CFR95.57(a).* lt is being logged per 10CFR95.57(b)(Exemption).

On 3-2099 at 0925 CST, the Padah Plant Shift Superintendent (PSS) was notified that classified information (Confidential Restricted Data) had been located on an unciassified PGDP computer system in C-100. In addition the classified information from this computer system had been reproduced and was posted in C-331. There is no known compromise at PGDP since uncleared persons do not have access to the computer system or the reproduced information. This incident is considered to be an infraction to the Classified Matter Plan. The computer system in question has been property sanitized and the reproduced information covered pending removal of the posted informatica for proper disposal Thb event is being categorized and logged as a 24-hour security event per 10CFR95.57(b) (Exemption) as 'any infmetions, losses, compromises, or -
possible compromise of classified information or classified documents not falling within *0CFR95.57(a) of this section."
The NRC resident inspector has been notified of this event.

On 34-99 at 0850 CST, the Paducan diant Shift Superintendent (PSS) was notified of a compromise of classified information. It was determined that classified information was created and distnbuted via an unclassified computer system.
This event is being categorizet, and reported as a 1-hour security event per Safety Analysis Report Table 6.9-1. Criteria 8 item 5. Any actualloss or compromise of classified matter; e.g., the discovery that an uncleared individual has been allowed access to and has reviewed classified matter.
