please also add the following items under COFDITIO,NS:
1.) Licensee shal.' require all Specific Licensees requesting licensed material to produce a valid Specific License (form 374 (NRC)). Before transferring licensed material, Licensee shall verify that the specific isotopes and maxinun atrounts allowable under said Specific License are compatible with the request.
2.) Licensee shall require all General Licensees requesting licensed material to produce a valid General License (form 49? (NPC)). I As before, Cayman Chemical shall continue to re-distribute pre-packaged in vitro diagnostic kits, which will not be opened or used by Cayman Chemical.
