The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Public Service Electric and Gas Company ( PS E&G) has completed the replacement of all identified General Electric Type HFA Relays with nylon or lexan spools with tef zel spool design relays.
No further action is required in response to IE Bulletin 84-02.
