In accordance with your requests, we have completed the reviews of the documents entitled " Uncontaminated Woodchips Subcontract - LKV-3 and Mill Area Windblown Tailings Subcontract - LKV-4" for the Lakeview, Oregon, UMTRA Project.
Subcontract documents LKV-3 are acceptable and we have one coment on Subcontract documents LKV-4, which is as follows:
If radioactive materials are going to be subjected to wind and water erosion during moving and the period of time for moving is expected to be more than 60 days, a plan for interim stabilization will be necessary.
