Units 1 and 2 ) October 25, 1988 SEACOAST ANTI-POLLUTION LEAGUE'S SUPPLEMENTAL ANSWER TO APPLICANTS' FIRST SET OF ItCERROGATORIES PURSUANT TO BOARD ORDEPS OF OCTOBER 18 AND OCTOBER 19, 1988 NOW COMES the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and supplements its response to Applicants' Interrogatory No. 2 pursuant to the Board's orders of October 18 and October 19, 1988.

In providing SAPL's Field Director's notes of two meetings in answering the question about conversations in response to Applicants' Interrogatory No. 2, S;GL is not waiving its future right to raise claims of work-ptc;nct privilege and attorney / client privilege as regards the notes and conversations of SAPL's Field Director when act:.:3 in the capacity of representative in legal matters far SAPL. SAPL also does not, in answering this interrogatory, abandon its position that this interrogatory is so vague as to V.:at it is seeking as to be unintelligible. October 19, 1989 teleconference transcript that there is concern about the existence of municipal radiological emergency response plans. SAPL will accordingly interpret the interrogatory as inquiring into that matter arcong other things.

Interrogatorv 2 Please identify and produce all documents, and describe in detail all conversations not otherwise reflected in such documents, which reflect or refer to what actions any Massachusetts state or local government entity or official would, could, might, would not, could not, or might not take in the event of an actual radiological emergency at Seabrook Station.

Supplemento' Response SAPL is providing notes of two meetings, one on February 24, 1988 and one on March 9, 1988, attended by SAPL's Field Director.

Boxed in are5s indicate deletion of portions of the notes, which deletions concern litigation finances and strategy of certain parties. Apart from these notes, SAPL's Field Director has no independent recollection of conversations at the meetings other than as already generally described in the teleconference on October 19, 1988. SAPL has found no other documents responsive to this interrogatory and has had no other conversations with Massachusetts state or locci officials pertaining to the matters sought in this interrogator; .
